Prof. Dr. Stefan Kühl
is professor of sociology at the University of Bielefeld in Germany and works as a senior consultant for Metaplan, a consulting firm based in Princeton, Hamburg, Shanghai, Singapore, Versailles and Zurich. He studied sociology and history at the University of Bielefeld (Germany), Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore (USA), Université Paris-X-Nanterre (France) and the University of Oxford (UK). His focus of research consists of societal theory, work, industrial and organizational sociology, as well as interaction sociology.

works at the University of Bielefeld as postdoctoral researcher. Her research interest reaches from the nexus of digitization and organization to the effects of digitization on professional organizations as hospitals, social services and courts. In her dissertation she examines comparatively how organizations as social systems structure casework. Stefanie Büchner studied in Hamburg, Zurich, Berlin, Postdam and Bielefeld.
Judith Muster
works as a sociologist for the chair of organizational and administrative sociology at the University of Potsdam in Germany. At the same time she is a senior consultant at the consulting firm Metaplan, where she consults companies in logistics, the automotive sector and the media industry in the areas of digital transformation, re-oranization and strategy development. In her research she focusses on the topics of leadership, the limits of organizing, decision-making and digitalization.
